Our story

A local salon that feels like family.

We’ve built our reputation on friendly service, honest advice and results that keep clients coming back. Whether it’s a low-maintenance style, a bold new colour or your wedding day, we take the time to get it right, every single visit.

Owner Tegan Poke began her apprenticeship in these very halls as a 17-year-old back in 1999. After some time away for travel and family, she returned to take over as owner and operator in 2017, and it’s been her Salon Home ever since.

Nanoplasty & Hair Botox

Now available. Semi-permanent smoothing and repair that rebuilds hair from the inside, booked in after a consultation.

Unlike keratin, which smooths only the outer cuticle, Nanoplasty is biometric: it repairs and straightens the hair from the inside using amino acids and nano-technology. Hair is left smoother, glossier and far easier to manage, with much less need for hot irons day to day.

Nanoplasty is now available at the studio, but it isn’t on our online booking system yet. The timing and the cost vary from person to person, so please call us on 03 6452 1695, message us on Facebook or Instagram, or pop in for a quick consultation. We’ll look at your hair, confirm the price and book the right amount of time in for you.

We welcome walk-ins when we have availability, but appointments are recommended, especially for colour and treatments. (Placeholder, confirm walk-in policy.)

Every head of hair is different, so we confirm an accurate quote at the start of your appointment. Hair length, thickness and the exact look you’re after all affect the price, and your stylist will talk it through with you before we begin.
